This heating pad has been perfect for all over back and neck pain or just warming me up when I’m freezing too! It’s so soft so you can use it against your skin if you want to. It has 6 heat settings and 3 timer settings—I usually turn it on heat setting 3 for 2 hours and melt into it. The heat is consistent and the cord does not get hot. I have used it many times since ordering it and I love it. The only thing I don’t use is the waist strap since I’m usually sitting against it and don’t feel it’s comfortable or necessary.

I am loving my new heating pad. My old one was just a sheet that would constantly fall off my back and neck. I would only use my old one while laying down. With this XL pad I can heat my neck and lower back at the same time. I love that I can use it sitting at my desk while working. I love that the belt is removable and it is made with quality Velcro. It’s not that old Velcro that sticks to basically everything. Another great thing is the magnet that connects at the neck. It helps the pad reach all the right places. It’s super soft and the fresh out of the box smell is not gross or overpowering. I love that it comes with a little case for easy transportation to and from the office.

This is a wonderful heating pad for back pain relief. The material is very soft and the heat is just right. It has auto timer on this so you can set for it to turn off by itself. It is long enough to cover my back and it's not over weight. I use this when I need to loosen up the muscles on my neck, back, and shoulders. Very nice product.

After shoulder surgeries on both shoulders, my wife still suffers from some residual pain and stiffness in her shoulders and upper back. Regular heating pads helped, but she was always moving the heating pad between her two shoulders and upper back/neck area to help loosen them up. After about 5 minutes with this heating pad, she was in love. The electronic control provides a good range of heating levels to choose from, and the pad is big enough to cover both shoulders, neck and back, extending down to the middle/lower back. About the only thing that could make this better would be the addition of a vibration function, but on its own it's been worth its weight in gold.

This wonderful heating pad came at the perfect time- I'd had some shoulder and neck discomfort and got to put this to use. The material is super soft. I am not a slim girl, but had no problem fitting this on. The buckle is a nice touch to help prevent too much shifting. My hair rested over the top easily enough. There is a snap to help you close it and keep it on. It does seem a cheap plastic so I wonder about its longevity, but its held up fine in my first week of use.

this pad have a large coverage area , my whole back , shoulders and neck , regarding heat it can reach very warm temperatures , it have different 6 levels , the max level get really warm , for good for my back pain relief , the only issue is the shape , cause it is intended to be placed on your back and shoulder in certain way , it is not easy to warp it around other areas in your body , but if you only need it for back\neck then this will be practical

I've been using this on days when my shoulder and upper back have been bothering me. It's worked great. I love that it also has the waist strap to help keep it against my lower back. I've used it on the lower heat levels because the higher ones are much hotter than I need.
