Step 1: Secure the plastic buckles around the back seat headrest bars to hold the top of the cover in place.
Step 2: Attach the metal buckle to the front seat headrest bar to secure the front of the cover.
Step 3: Loop the strap through the armrest and attach it to the metal ring on the door protector for added side coverage.

This invention is genius. Our 64lb super mutt love riding in the back seat with the gap between the front and rear seat firmly covered. This thing is sturdy, will support 100 pounds easily. Covers the gap between the front bucket seats to keep her in the back seat. Space under the overhang has easy access storage that’s dog proof.It easily swaps from our Forester and MDX in 5 minutes. Completely protects the leather seats. Great value. Easy to clean and folds up for storage in a couple minutes to get humanoids in the back row of seats . Perfect for our 80 lbs Husky Mix. Maximizes his space/comfort in the back seat for everything from short trips to the store, to 20+ hour road trips. No more slipping, falling to the floor when breaking suddenly, or sitting awkwardly half up and half down on the seat/floor. The material is thick and durable, water repellent and easy to clean. The pockets are great for leashes and bowls, water bottles or treats. The zipper panel in the center is great for when we want to restrict his access to the front of the car, and zipping it down halfway can act as a platform for him to lay and rest his head near us but not fully onto the center console. The access to the seat buckle is great for per owners who use safety belts/buckle leashes. Keeps my car clean
Fits terrific in my Lincoln aviator with a rear, center middle console. It make a flat sturdy, thick middle with the padding. It's easy to put in your vehicle. The only thing that takes a minute is zipping the window sides, making it a complete box. ( if you want to do that) otherwise you unfold and put the straps around the headrest and that’s it. It has a nice thick fabric, it is a bit slippery of a texture, but it should be fine if we need to clean it. Well worth the price! Also like the pocket to store dog stuff and the leash provided that pushes into the seatbelt.

I have a 65+ pound German Shepherd mix. I was worried no matter what cover I got it wouldn't support him. This cover has exceeded my expectations. I loved that it extends all the way to the back of the front seats. The door covers we usually keep folded under the base of the matt, but when we have used them they were very handy. It's a great addition to our vehicle and has saved our leather seats over and over again. I especially like that it fold up so easily, unlike other soft covers we've had that we would result to curling up in a ball and tossing onto a shelf in the garage. It's so easy to install and clean. It can be a little slippery for our dog (his balance is questionable though). I have thrown a blanket on it from time to time when we do long trips, but otherwise he finds it quite comfortable

It stays perfectly put and the Velcro where you buckle in the dog car seat restraint is powerful and doesn’t let dirt through.
